Gilbert women organizing April 15 tax protest

Two Gilbert women and a handful of volunteers are making the town the center for Southeast Valley participants in a nationwide rally against excessive government spending and overtaxing slated for Wednesday.

The Gilbert TEA (Taxed Enough Already!) Party Rally, part of national event that coincides with the deadline for filing federal and state income taxes, will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the Gilbert administration building, 50 E. Civic Center Drive.
